J.P. Morgan, who built the most powerful financial institution in the world in the early 20th century, was once asked if he would share the secret of his success.  His response was, “I do only First Class business, and I do it only in a First Class way.”

It’s no secret that most businesses today seem to view “First Class” as an elusive ideal.  And the medical and surgical field is not immune to this reality.

Patient care – which should be given first priority – often comes second to fulfilling the requirements of institutional or insurance bureaucracies, scheduling, or any one of a myriad of business issues that prevent physicians from doing what they do best.

The Salus Surgical Group was founded to put patient care first and to deliver that care in a First Class way… an idea so old fashioned that it almost seems brand new.
